As proud original owners, we specifically chose this first-floor unit during the pre-construction phase of Wai'ula'ula due to its expansive 650-square-foot wrap-around lanai. Enjoy the benefits of its ideal location which provides protection from Kohala's breezy days while being conveniently close to the community recreation center. The lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, the scenic Kohala coast, and on clear days, even the majestic Maui’s Haleakala.

We have meticulously furnished our home to provide the utmost warmth and hospitality during your stay on the Big Island. Our condo includes comfortable kitchen bar stools, a spacious indoor dining area, and two master suites featuring king-sized beds, dual sink bathrooms complete with a tub and walk-in shower. Additionally, you will find internet access, multiple web-based HDTVs that are over 60 inches, and decor inspired by Polynesian culture. The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a futon, while amenities such as a Bluetooth sound bar and Tropitone outdoor furniture can be found on the lanai. The outdoor kitchen boasts a sink, six-burner Weber Summit grill, refrigerator, and an array of pool and beach essentials—towels, toys, boogie boards, and more—to enhance your holiday experience.

Being one of the closest units to the community recreation center, you are just steps away from a saline infinity pool, soothing hot tub, outdoor showers, an indoor lounge with HDTV, BBQ pavilion, toddler’s pool, and fitness center. Plus, you are only a short drive from Hawaii's exquisite white sand beaches located at the Hapuna Prince and Mauna Kea resorts.

If you're interested in experiencing the offerings of the resorts, consider activating the Amenity Package for a nominal fee. This grants you charging privileges and access to facilities including the fitness centers, pools, beach towels, chaises, umbrellas, and preferential parking. The current fee for 2023 is $165 per day per household, applicable for your entire stay.
